The metal compactor is mainly used to process various types of metal shavings/powders (iron, aluminum, copper, etc.) and lightweight scrap metals (cans, paint buckets, scraps). Some models are compatible with sponge iron and mineral powder, and it is strictly prohibited to compress non-metallic debris or flammable and explosive materials.
Core applicable material list:
Granular/powdery metals: cast iron shavings, steel shavings, aluminum shavings, copper shavings, stainless steel shavings, magnesium/titanium/molybdenum alloy shavings; Iron powder, aluminum powder, copper powder, lead powder; Sponge iron, high-quality iron ore powder, smelting additives.
Thin and light block shaped scrap metal: scrap steel, scrap iron, scrap aluminum, scrap copper scraps; Disassemble car shells, bicycle/electric frames; Easy to pull cans, waste paint buckets/oil buckets, color steel tiles, iron wires, wire and cable sheaths (metal parts that need to be insulated).
Special forms: steel shavings, aluminum shavings, crushed materials (50-80mm), battery aluminum shell scraps.
Matching material form and model:
Metal chip press (chip cake machine): specialized in pressing chip like and powdery materials, cold pressed into high-density cylindrical cake blocks (2-8kg), no adhesive required, can be directly returned to the furnace.
Metal strapping machine (scrap metal briquetting machine): specialized in pressing large and lightweight materials (such as car shells, oil drums, and large corner materials) into rectangular or cylindrical large packages, used for reducing storage and transportation capacity.
Attention: Different models have different molds and pressures. Fine chips cannot be directly used for large material models, and large materials cannot be put into the chip cake machine. The selection should be based on the material form.
